Liane Webb brings mindfulness, meditation and relaxation to the community to help build resilience, create opportunity and connect with nature.
The Sustainable Mind offers free or low cost courses, drop-in sessions, walks, workshops and retreats to diverse needs groups who otherwise may not be able to access them.
We support people who have difficulty with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, pain and addiction.
