We are based at Worthing Leisure Centre, working with people who find access to the workplace difficult due to diverse needs and individual difficulties.

From grounds maintenance to chilli jam production – our projects are based at various partner sites and reflect the diversity of the individuals who take part in them.
Sussex Chilli Farm
Highest quality chilli jams, oils and sauces, plants and pods – all grown and produced by our mixed needs team.
